My Name is Dierdre Celeste Coddington Bonds de Cortes. I was born on June 16, 1974 in Griffin Ga to Vicki Daugherty Bonds. Vicki Daugherty Bonds raised me with her husband Otis Virgil Holcomb Davis who Both are white. In 1993 I ran away from home. I have a form of autism called Pervasive developmental delays. I was first took in by some Middle Easterns. I lived with them over a year and moved to Houston, TX. I also witness many meetings between other middle Eastern. I later ended up with a Human trafficker named Primitivo Cortes Cruz from Chilcuautla Hgo Mexico. What started out willing became by force with hidden chains. My story is very complex and involves a very thick web of corruption and organized crime. To explain fully would take a letter that would resemble a book. In 2002 I became very desperate to escape so I tried to tell local authorities while in Carrollton, GA. Due to the corruption and their fear of an Investigation about information I claim to have about Khalid Sheik Mohhamed a Grand conspiracy began against me. I know the allegations I about to make are very hard to believe. In fact I feel Normalcy Bias has made this situation into a situation that if not handled appropiatly puts both the United State’s and Mexico’s national security at risk.
In Sept 2002 I attempted to ask for help and report the information I had about the alleged terrorist that is alleged to be responsible for the 911 WTC attacks that were committed against the Unites States of America in New York City. I unknowingly was reporting this to the authorities that did Business with the Human trafficker Primitivo Cortes Cruz. They in return knowingly and willingly conspired to cover up this information concerning national security in order to prevent the DHS and or DIA from investigating me and everyone around me. Primitivo Cortes Cruz was connected to a Cartel(I am not at liberty say which one nor ever will) that smuggled in Mexicans illegally to work for Ray Baxter who contracted for Cousin Properties, the largest development company in the United States. Ray Baxter’s attorney is Dan Camp who also is the local Juvenile Judge in Carroll County Georgia. This illegal conflict of Interest has been over looked by authorities. I feel this fact is because Jack T. Camp was the Chief Federal Judge of Atlanta. The fact Dan Camp’s daughter in law Amanda Camp is illegally the director of C.A.S.A.( see attachment for CASA info) and the Fake Psychologist Betsy Prince that typed up the fake Psychological, is Family with the Lawyer Alan Prince from King and Spalding that represents Cousin Properties this conspiracy was easy to do. Alan Prince just so happens to be an LW at Kings and Spalding located at 1180 Peachtree Street, NE Atlanta, GA 30309 who represents Cousin Properties located at 191 Peachtree Street NE

If any DHS and or DIA asked about by allegations about living with Ramzi Yousef, Shahid Siddiqui orthe Khan brothers and had witness Mohamed Atta met with Khalid Sheik Mohamed or anything about Guns and cars, they could fax the documents that show I have been declared CRAZY and delusion. Despite the fact I barely could walk or alive for that matter from sever abuse by Primitivo Cortes Cruz was totally over looked even though CPS and APS main fuction is to protect minor Children and dependent adult from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The Carroll County CASA had no objection to the findings of the court or the fact we were now 100% property of Mr Primitivo Cortes Cruz. The director of CASA is Amanda Camp, Dan Camp’s Daughter in Law who is Married to James T Camp who also represented Dan Camp in the Family Law firm. The Federal Judge Jack T Camp had no problem in these conflict of Interest nor his own. In fact in 2003 Dierdre Celeste Coddington Bonds de Cortes managed to escape from the family after “Chemo” Raped Anthony, and reached the border in Laredo TX to ask for help. When the court fount the documents from Dan Camp’s Court “NON-SUIT IN IT’S ENTIRETY” (see links) the Camps paniced and issued a warrant for her arrested for Cruelty to animals. This is how Dierdre Celeste Coddington Bonds de Cortes was returned to Mr Primitivo Cortes Cruz. The whole time Dierdre Celeste Coddington Bonds De Cortes was held by Primitivo Cortes Cruz he forced her to traffic cars with out any pay and took her Social Security Benifits which adds up to MILLIONS of pesos.

San Diego chose to over look the facts that show these allegations have “NON SUIT IN IT’S ENTIRITY” and chose to traffic us as well in there “Cottage Industry” because come to find out the whole entire system has becaom a trafficking agentcy. In 2008 a Private Investigator was able to tell my mother where we were. She flew out to San Diego and went to court over two months. Dispite the fact they claim this white lady is a delusion they sent Dierdre Celeste Coddington Bonds de Cortes home with her WITH OUT a IMPACT package because she was too much trouble with her evidence and “out burst” in court to show the fraud. After getting in Georgia Celeste's mother bought a computure and began to help her duaghter in her mission to expose these trafficking Bastards. After getting this information to a ex Seantor Nancy Scheafer the federal Judge J T Camp was arrest and all over CNN news for days a few months later. Nancy and her husband were fount dead in their home. Many feel they KNOW the Camps and their Mafia had her KILLED.
